Senior Software Engineer taking technical leadership on feature developments and contributing directly to the design, implementation, and overall evolution of the platform, with the following tasks:
• Design, develop,



and test high-quality features and platform enhancements in line with established development standards and best practices.
• Take technical lead on new feature developments, driving them through to completion within agreed timescales.
• Ensure ongoing platform maintainability by keeping complexity low, writing documentation, and sharing knowledge across teams.
• Take ownership of effective issue resolution as challenges arise, ensuring the software consistently meets high quality benchmarks. Required technical

skills:
• Significant commercial development experience using Java (Java 17 and above).
• Solid hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, microservices architectures, and RESTful API development.
• Solid background in SQL, Object-Oriented analysis & design, and frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Practical experience with TDD / BDD methodologies and Agile practices.
• Good understanding of DevOps culture and practices.
