Role Description The Support Officer – Audits & Compliance Quality Management Systems is a full-time, on-site role based in Homebush, NSW. This role supports the audit and quality management team by preparing documentation, maintaining audit records, and assisting with scheduling and coordination of audits across client sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring compliance data, updating quality management system (QMS) registers, supporting investigations into non-conformances, and assisting with the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. The Support Officer responds to client inquiries,



provides technical and customer support related to audit findings and QA products, and helps ensure all processes align with relevant food safety standards and company policies. Collaboration with auditors, procurement staff, and clients is central to the role to maintain accurate information flow and high service standards. Qualifications

• Relevant experience in quality assurance, food safety, or compliance-focused roles is beneficial.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO, or similar food safety standards and quality frameworks is an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Office or similar software for documentation, data analysis, and reporting is preferred.
• A qualification in food science, quality management, compliance, or a related discipline is desirable.
