We’re working with a well-regarded Brisbane electrical contractor that has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and getting the job done properly.
They’re now looking to bring on a capable Service & Maintenance Electrician who can operate independently, think on their feet, and represent the business professionally on client sites.
This is not a role for someone who needs hand-holding — it’s for an electrician who takes ownership and takes pride in doing things right.
The Role
This is a hands-on, autonomous position focused on commercial service and maintenance across Brisbane.
You’ll be trusted to manage your own day, solve problems properly, and deliver consistently high standards of work.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Reactive and planned electrical maintenance
- Fault finding and rectification across live environments
- Lighting, power and control repairs
- Minor works, upgrades and small project delivery
- Testing, inspection and reporting
- Switchboard and circuit fault diagnosis
- Data cabling and communications works (minor)
- Managing service calls and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
You’re a qualified electrician who doesn’t need chasing — you just get on with it.
You take pride in your work, communicate clearly, and know how to handle yourself on site.
You’ll bring:
- QLD Electrical Licence
- White Card + Driver’s Licence
- Strong experience in commercial maintenance / fault finding
- Solid troubleshooting capability
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Professional, client-facing approach
- High standards and attention to detail
Highly Regarded
- Open Cabling Licence
- Experience in live commercial environments
- EWP / Working at Heights
- CPR / LVR / First Aid
