ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street is seeking a passionate and reliable Full-time Demi Chef to join our energetic kitchen team.
- The role involves preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across breakfast buffet, à la carte lunch and dinner and conference catering.
- You will support daily operations and take initiative when working independently.
- Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and hygienic work workplace, ensuring mise en place is ready for buffet, à la carte and event service.
- Uphold food safety standards in line with current regulations.
- You’ll be expected to follow strict stock rotation procedures, minimise wastage, and assist with stock control.
- Equipment care and cleanliness are essential, with any issues reported to the Executive Chef.
- Support a positive, collaborative and engaging kitchen environment.
