An Australian manufacturer and supplier servicing the electrical, construction and infrastructure sectors is seeking a Quotes Officer / Customer Service skilled to join their Queensland team. Known for their strong customer service and technical expertise, they pride themselves on delivering accurate solutions and building long-term relationships with customers.
Your new role

- Prepare accurate and timely quotations from customer enquiries and technical drawings
- Process orders, invoicing and customer requests via phone and email
- Work closely with sales, production and warehouse teams to coordinate customer requirements
- Maintain customer pricing, allowances and quote records
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and lead times
- Resolve customer enquiries and issues through to completion
- Develop strong knowledge of the company's products and solutions

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience in quoting, estimating,



internal sales or customer service with a pricing component
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong administration and computer skills, including ERP or order processing systems
- Experience within manufacturing, construction, industrial supply or a related industry will be highly regarded
