Your new role
As a BusinessSupport Officer, you will provide essential administrative and customer servicesupport within a busy operational environment. Your responsibilities willinclude:
Providing front desk and administrative support Managing customer enquiries and service requests Data entry, record management and reporting Coordinating procurement and purchase order processes Assisting with meeting administration, agendas and minutes Liaising with internal stakeholders to support daily operations Supporting stock management and general office functions Maintaining accurate records across business systemsWhat you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in administration,



business support or customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency across Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel Experience working with CRM, ERP or records management systems will be highly regarded A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a teamWhat you'll get in return
