Your new role
As the Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing professional front-of-house and administrative support while ensuring patients receive a welcoming and positive experience.
Managing the front desk and greeting patientsAnswering and directing incoming phone callsManaging correspondence and general enquiriesProviding day-to-day administrative supportUsing Medilink for practice administration, with training providedWorking closely with the wider team to support the smooth running of the practice

This is a fully office-based role working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm. You will primarily work from Greenslopes Monday to Wednesday, Ipswich on Thursday, and across both Ipswich and Greenslopes on Friday.



You will therefore need to be comfortable travelling between locations.What you'll need to succeed
At least 1 year of experience as a Medical ReceptionistStrong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent communication and telephone mannerA friendly, professional and compassionate approach with patientsThe ability to confidently manage a busy front deskFlexibility to travel between Greenslopes and IpswichExperience with Medilink would be beneficial, however training can be providedWhat you'll get in return
