Hickory is seeking a Site Manager to lead a $100 million project in Sydney's CBD. The role requires exceptional site leadership, coordination and delivery expertise to drive a landmark boutique hotel development from planning to handover.

You will oversee planning, subcontractor coordination, client liaison, HSE compliance, quality and on-site administration, ensuring alignment with specifications, program and budget within an urban, regulated setting.
