Our Cow is seeking an Outbound Customer Reactivation Specialist (Phone Sales) to re-engage lapsed members and support our Exclusive Eaters Club. This casual, part-time role offers remote work with flexible schedule and close collaboration with retention marketing and customer service teams.

You’ll call current and former members, resolve issues, log outcomes in the CRM, gather feedback, and help restart or adjust subscriptions with a friendly, Aussie touch.
