Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Share your knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories, apparel, and riding gear.
- Promote products by highlighting their features and benefits.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented showroom.
- Ensure stock is displayed effectively and replenished as required.
- Stay informed on new products, industry trends, and advances in motorcycle technology.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- A genuine passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson® lifestyle.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous retail or sales experience (motorcycle industry experience highly regarded but not essential).
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Availability to work Saturdays (mandatory).
