Focus Connect is seeking a compassionate Home Care Support Worker to assist older adults in the Northern Sydney area, including Epping, West Ryde, Pymble and Hornsby. The role offers casual/part time hours (approx. 15–20 hours per week), Monday to Friday, in clients’ homes and communities.

You will provide personal care, domestic support, and social engagement while building trust and promoting independence. A relevant qualification and checks are required.
