Key Responsibilities

- Manage project delivery from planning to completion
- Lead field staff and subcontractors
- Monitor budgets, costs and project programs
- Prepare scopes of work, quotations and tenders
- Administer contracts, variations and EOTs
- Conduct site inspections and WHS audits
- Provide project updates to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Highly Desirable

- Trade qualification
- Government or commercial construction experience
- Estimating and tender preparation experience
- Contract administration knowledge

Mandatory Requirements

- Current Driver's License
- White Card
