Elk Media is hiring a Growth Strategist to lead 20-30 lead generation accounts with a 70% Meta and 30% Google focus. You will shape digital strategy, monitor performance, and collaborate with the founder to maintain healthy lead flow and high client retention.

You will manage campaigns, run weekly/monthly client calls, and leverage CRM systems (GoHighLevel) to optimise outcomes. Hybrid office setup in Bundall preferred.
