Mind Australia is seeking a Manager Quality Assurance on a fixed-term 12-month, full-time basis. The role leads Mind's quality assurance function to ensure secure, compliant and high-quality services across the organisation, with strategic oversight of governance, accreditation, complaints, privacy and quality improvement.
You will oversee accreditation activities, manage incidents/complaints, and drive continuous improvement within Mind's Quality, Practice and Learning unit.
