Passionate about sport, style and creating inspiring retail experiences? Rebel Mid City is looking for an enthusiastic In-Store Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand to life and create engaging shopping experiences that connect customers with the products they love.

We're looking for someone with a creative eye, strong organisational skills, and a passion for retail. Previous visual merchandising experience is highly regarded, in this hands‑on role you’ll be responsible for executing visual merchandising standards, creating impactful displays, supporting promotional activity, and ensuring the store always looks its best.

About the Role

- Delivering high‑impact visual merchandising that elevates the in‑store experience for our customers.
- Execute rebel and global trade partner campaigns to a high standard, showcasing product stories that inspire customers.
- Be a part of supporting local events and initiatives that strengthen community partnerships and drive meaningful local engagement.
- Coach and guide team members to deliver exceptional visual standards, with previous supervisory or leadership experience highly regarded.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and VM leaders to drive consistency and results.
- Work from your home store while supporting surrounding locations to drive consistent visual merchandising standards and team development.

About You

- Previous visual merchandising experience is essential, ideally within a retail environment as we operate across 160+ stores nationally.
- Confident coaching,



guiding and influencing team members to deliver strong visual standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
- A creative eye for detail, combined with a practical, hands‑on approach to commercial execution.
- Comfortable providing visual reporting on campaign execution, store standards and opportunities for improvement.
