Key responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and create emotional connections through storytelling
Build trust and lasting relationships with customers, promoting loyalty programs

About you
Worked in a multi-cultural retail workplace with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience
Experience in luxury, Fashion/Lifestyle Brands
Excellent and proven customer service skills and a winning personality that builds trust
Digitally savvy and comfortable using retail technology
A winning personality to easily establish trust relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
Full working rights in Australia and the ability to pass background checks
