Interviews: 1st & 2nd October
Contract: Initial contract 6-8 weeks with potential for extension to mid 2027
Hourly rate: $38.89ph + super

What you’ll be doing:
Answering inbound calls and walking customers through their salary packaging accounts.
Solving queries with empathy, speed, and accuracy.
Managing customer records and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
