Marsh is seeking a Case Manager for its Plan Administration team. The role is hybrid and based in Australia, with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week across Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

You will manage claims related to deceased estates, TPD, or related areas, liaising with customers and legal/medical professionals to ensure accurate, compliant handling. You will need prior claims experience (life/death/TPD preferred), excellent communication, and the
