Join a team where you will be appreciated, paid fairly, get on the job training and have flexible work hours. Work available 1-2 days per week with extra holiday cover available for a medical receptionist in a busy small family owned and operated GP clinic. We have two experienced receptionists but are needed extra supports from open at 8am on busy days until either close or what time suits you. The team comprises of 3 doctors (2.5 full time equivelent) and 2 RNs (1 full time, the other 2 days per week).

We use pracsoft and medical director., outlook and occasionally word.

We are looking for a friendly yet strong personality to manage phone calls, bookings, payments, medicare item codes, scanning and minimal triage. You must be reliable, trustworthy, organised and a quick learner.

We provide good support with full time nurse support meaning receptionists have additional support with triage.





We would love you to have experience in medical reception but would consider training the right candidate if you have strong references, interview well, reception skills in other industries and have the availability we need.
