The Shadbolt Group is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Mechanical Fitter to join our Garden Island team in NSW, supporting critical Defence and naval maintenance activities. You will lead hand-skill trades on vessels, coordinating daily tasks while remaining hands-on with fitting and commissioning.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on fault-finding, maintenance, overhauls and installations, reading engineering drawings, and keeping safety, quality and schedule at the forefront of Defence
