Coca Chu Restaurant on Hamilton Island is seeking a qualified Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. This role offers a great chance for a developing chef with an interest in Asian cuisine to strengthen skills working with vibrant flavours, fresh produce and fast-paced à la carte service alongside an experienced culinary brigade.

You will work hands-on across preparation and service, supporting your section and senior chefs in delivering Coca Chu’s Southeast Asian-inspired menu, maintaining
