Mid North Coast Local Health District – Kempsey NSW is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (CNS2) to provide expert clinical leadership and coordinate comprehensive palliative and end-of-life care across a defined geographical area.

The CNS2 manages daily triage, intake and clinical oversight of palliative care patients, supports multidisciplinary service delivery, mentors teams, and drives continuous service improvement while keeping patient goals front and centre.
