You will apply trauma-informed, culturally secure, strengths-based approaches to achieve meaningful educational outcomes and coordinate with schools, families and community partners.

You will drive service excellence, foster innovation and lead staff through coaching and supervision, delivering person-centred support and continuous program improvement.
