We're looking for a professional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in our beautiful waterfront venue.
Our focus is on the guest experience, so we're looking for a team member who can ensure all staff are providing excellent service. You'll assist the Venue Manager during busy times and work independently other times.
Key responsibilities
Manage the venue with pride and professionalism under the Venue Manager
Ensure all staff are providing excellent service
Direct the staff at all times
Manage shift reporting and rosters in accordance with criteria
Train and develop the staff using our Standard Operating Procedures
Provide thorough and motivational briefings
About you
Solid operational knowledge in all facets of hospitality
Confident in shift reporting and managing rosters
Great presentation and real presence
Happy to train and develop staff
Positive, enthusiastic, and a true leader
Senior team member with leadership experience
