As a Project executive, you'll help bring these programmesto life by engaging with exhibitors, buyers and eventparticipants, building relationships and ensuring everyonereceives a high standard of service.

You'll work closely with our international project team,supporting the delivery of events from preparationthrough to completion.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role suited to someonewho enjoys communicating with others, takes initiativeand thrives in a busy, international environment.

- Build and maintain relationships with exhibitors,buyers and other event participants.
- Engage with businesses to encourage participationin networking and business meeting programmes.
- Provide a professional, personalised concierge service,helping participants make the most of their event experience.
- Support the coordination and scheduling of one-to-onebusiness meetings.
- Respond to enquiries, provide guidance and ensureparticipants receive timely and accurate information.
- Support project delivery using our internal eventmanagement systems and digital platforms.
- Work closely with project managers and colleaguesacross different countries and time zones.
- Maintain accurate participant records,



track engagementand contribute to project reporting.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to ensurea positive experience for clients and participants.
- Support on-site event delivery when required.

- Familiarity with CRM systems, event managementplatforms or data management.
- Experience supporting business meetings,hosted buyer programmes or VIP services.
