Ozbreed has developed a strong reputation for introducing reliable, high-performance plant varieties for the horticultural, nursery and landscaping industries across Australia and internationally.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued business growth. Ozbreed Green Life Pty Ltd Location: Richmond, NSW 2753 Employment Type: Full time, Permanent (38 hours per week) Salary: AUD 78 K to 90 k + Superannuation

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement and evaluate marketing strategies to promote Ozbreed's landscape plants and strengthen brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activities for new and existing plant varieties.
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, including website content, social media, search engine marketing and email campaigns.
- Develop product positioning, branding strategies and promotional materials highlighting the benefits of Ozbreed's plant varieties.
- Identify market opportunities across wholesale nurseries, licensed growers, landscape architects,



contractors and retail garden centres.
- Liaise with growers, distributors and industry professionals to coordinate marketing initiatives and improve market presence.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance, customer engagement, website analytics and market trends to recommend improvements.
- Coordinate the development of brochures, catalogues, product guides, advertisements and other marketing materials.
- Prepare marketing plans, budgets and performance reports to support business growth and product commercialisation.

Qualifications and Experience

- A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in marketing, including marketing strategy, market research and campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO and online advertising.
- Experience in market analysis, product positioning, brand development and promotional activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in horticulture, landscaping, agriculture or related industries will be highly regarded.
