The Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria is seeking a policy-focused qualified to join Youth Justice in Melbourne on an ongoing, full-time basis. You will support the development, review and maintenance of operational policies and procedures to provide contemporary, evidence-based guidance for staff across community and custodial operations.

You will help implement Youth Justice legislation and policy, ensure compliance with the Youth Justice Act 2024 and human rights
