Civil Engineering Draftsperson / BIM Modeller

Harris Page & Associates Pty Limited -Hydraulic & Fire Services Consultants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BIM Modeller / Civil Engineering Draftsperson to join our growing team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of building services projects, contributing to innovative and high-quality design outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and other project stakeholders to prepare accurate drawings, develop BIM models and deliver coordinated project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and develop detailed hydraulic services drawings and models using Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD and other relevant BIM platforms.
- Support design teams in delivering coordinated and clash-free documentation across multiple disciplines.
- Maintain BIM standards, templates and workflows in accordance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
- Review, revise and update drawings and models throughout various project stages.
- Assist with model coordination and clash detection using Revizto and Navisworks.
- Ensure drawings and models comply with relevant drafting standards, project specifications and quality requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A tertiary qualification or diploma in Engineering Drafting, Civil Engineering or Building Services, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD or similar drafting and modelling software.




- Experience using Revizto and Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
- A strong understanding of drafting standards, BIM workflows and building services documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines.
