The Assistant Branch Manager role is primarily responsible for supporting the Branch Manager to ensure the Branch profitability. The Assistant Branch Manager will support the Branch Manager to ensure all day-to-day management of branch logistics, production, operations, Equipment maintenance, vehicle maintenance, facility maintenance, OH&S; compliance, consumable management, and cost control. They will also support the communication at a branch level and at management level, including where directly by the Branch Manager to undertake weekly meeting cadence. Execution is to be achieved by providing exceptional leadership to direct reports to achieve growth targets and budgets through the effective engagement of retail, trade, and wholesale customers.
