Northern District Community Health in Victoria is seeking a Community Registered Nurse for a hybrid, full time role. You will perform autonomous nursing assessments, plan and deliver care, support outreach, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, equitable services for rural clients.

The role emphasizes clinical governance, continuous quality improvement, and documentation within NDCH funding programs. Must hold state RN registration and nursing qualifications.
