Short description
Friendly, organised receptionist wanted at our Liverpool orthodontic practice. Full time, Monday to Thursday and some Friday and Saturday shifts, $35+/hour + super, paid continuing education.

Family Orthodontics is an established specialist practice in Liverpool, caring for children, teens and adults. We’re looking for a warm, organised receptionist to join our close, supportive team in a full‑time role, with paid continuing education to help you keep growing your skills.
The role
- Welcome patients and families in person and by phone
- Manage bookings, recalls and appointment changes
- Handle payments,
health fund claims and payment plans
- Answer patient and parent enquiries with clarity and care
- Work with our clinical team to keep each day on schedule
Hours
Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 6:00pm (36-38 hours per week). Occasional Friday, Saturday or Carlingford clinic shifts are needed when team members are on leave.
About you
- Reception, customer service or healthcare experience, or a genuine willingness to learn
- A confident, friendly phone manner
- Good computer skills and accurate typing
- Reliable and versatile when cover is needed
- A positive, team-first attitude
Bonus, but not essential
- Dental or orthodontic experience
- Orthotrac or similar practice software (we’ll train you)
