Your day-to-day responsibilities will include safely operating MC combinations and side tippers to transport and unload materials, assessing ground conditions and tipping areas before unloading, completing daily pre-start inspections and monitoring equipment throughout your shift, reporting faults, damage and maintenance requirements promptly, maintaining accurate daily dockets, logbooks and other required records, communicating with supervisors, loading operators and other drivers to keep work running efficiently, following site procedures, fatigue management requirements and road transport rules, and keeping your truck and work areas clean and presentable.

Key responsibilities

About you

- Current MC driver's licence
- 5+ years of proven experience operating side tippers, including protected loading and tipping practices
- White Card
- Ability to safely manoeuvre and reverse MC combinations
- Sound understanding of vehicle checks, load safety and fatigue management
- Reliable way to travel to and from the Biloela area for your roster
- Strong safety focus and practical, positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and take direction from site supervisors
