Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Practice Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering high-quality patient care, managing chronic conditions, and supporting our healthcare team in a busy practice setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient care, including assessments, vaccinations, and wound management.

Support chronic disease management and preventative care initiatives.

Conduct health screenings and assist with minor surgical procedures.

Educate patients about health conditions and preventive measures.

Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.





Participate in practice quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration.

Previous experience in a practice or clinic setting is preferred.

Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of patient care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using Medical software, i.e. Best Practice, Medical Director.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality always.

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
