AC Hotel Gold Coast – Surfers Paradise QLD is seeking a Kitchen Steward Supervisor to lead the stewarding team across our kitchens and Food & Beverage outlets. You will collaborate with culinary and F&B; leaders to maintain safety, cleanliness, and productive operations aligned with Marriott standards.
With at least 2 years in stewarding or hospitality and 1 year in supervision, you will oversee daily activities, coordinate across areas, supervise stock and handovers, and support training.
