As Club Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of Satori, grow memberships and strengthen our community - helping more women find a place in fitness where they feel stronger, more confident and like they belong. Working closely with the owners, you’ll have clear monthly targets, hands‑on support and the opportunity to put your ideas into action.

WHO WE ARE

Satori is Adelaide’s favourite women’s-only gym, located in Unley. We offer 24/7 access to our gym floor, strength training, weekly group fitness classes, Reformer Pilates On-Demand, recovery essentials and fitness coaching - all under one roof.

We’re proud to have been recognised for our contribution to the community as winners at the Unley Business Awards and to be home to more than 500 members. Our club is built around genuine support, good energy and helping women find ways to move that work for them.

Our vision is straightforward: to make a wider impact by helping more women feel stronger, more confident and like they belong in a gym. As Club Manager, you’ll play an essential role in bringing that vision to life.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Lead day‑to‑day club operations and keep Satori’s presentation,



service and standards consistently high

Be a visible, hands‑on presence in the club, supporting members and helping make fitness an enjoyable part of their week

Grow memberships by responding promptly to enquiries, leading engaging club tours and turning interest into sign‑ups

Build strong relationships with members so they stay connected, keep coming back and recommend Satori to others

Grow Satori’s presence in the community through local partnerships, events, businesses and marketing initiatives

Create opportunities for members to connect through events, challenges and referral campaigns

Track performance against monthly KPIs, spot opportunities and turn good ideas into action

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

Minimum 1+ years sales experience in the fitness industry or a similar service‑based role (not retail or transactional sales)

You have a proven track record of hitting targets and enjoy seeing the numbers grow

You’re confident communicating on the phone, in person and on social media

You bring initiative, common sense, energy and warmth

You’re passionate about women’s health and fitness
