Five Rivers Child Care Ltd in Salisbury is seeking a Residential Children's Home Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of the home and lead the team with a therapeutic, attachment-informed approach.

You will work closely with the Registered Manager, coach staff, and drive high standards of care and safeguarding in line with Ofsted expectations and the SCCIF framework; sleep-ins are part of the role, with a small additional allowance.
