- Build and maintainstrong relationships with clients, suppliers, and insurance partners —ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and communication.
- Oversee all aspects ofdaily operations, including job scheduling, resource allocation, inventorymanagement, and financial performance to achieve weekly and monthlytargets.
- Ensure all repairs arecompleted to the highest standards, maintaining compliance with safetyregulations, manufacturer specifications, and industry best practices.

About You

- Proven leadershipexperience in a collision or truck repair workplace (minimum 2 years)
- Trade-qualified in PanelBeating or Spray Painting (highly desirable)
- A hands-on, motivatedleader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on safety,quality, workflow, and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communicationand people management skills — you know how to get the best out of yourteam
