You will lead HR operations, industrial relations, and payroll, ensuring compliance and fostering a high-engagement workforce during a period of growth and change.
Based at one site with travel to others, you will partner with the General Manager and the Group OHS Manager to promote safety, wellbeing, EEO and WHS.
