You will ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation across upstream activities and serve as the technical expert on rotating equipment reliability.

You will work with operations, maintenance and project teams to drive equipment performance, lead investigations, and mentor junior engineers in a dynamic, values-driven setting at Santos.
