Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on Team Leader in Victoria, Castlemaine. You will lead a team across cleaning, trolley collection and waste support, building rosters and coordinating with store leadership to keep daily operations smooth.
The role is full-time with flexible shifts across mornings, days, late nights and weekends. You’ll contribute directly on the shop floor and support a program focused on maintaining a hygienic, well-run store setting.
