CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Property Accountant to support Retail Experience Leasing and casual mall leasing across a portfolio. You will handle invoicing, reconciliations, debtors, reporting and revenue tracking while partnering with leasing, centre and finance teams.

You don't need to know everything about Retail Experience Leasing to start; a solid foundation in property accounting is the key. You'll build understanding of licence agreements, leasing activity and the finance behind it.
