Aruma is seeking an Employment Pathways Advisor to connect people with a disability to meaningful employment. You’ll support onboarding into Aruma’s Work Ready Program and Supported/Open Employment, delivering person-centred recruitment solutions and ensuring NDIS funding aligns with opportunities.
You’ll build solid stakeholder relationships, manage onboarding and documentation, and promote community engagement while maintaining compliance and high service standards.
