What we offer:

- Base salary ranges from $80,500 - $85,000 + Super

What you will bring:

- Previous experience in a management role within hospitality

- Current RSA, ARCG and RCG certifications





- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team

- A hands-on, community-first approach to service and guest experience

- Excellent communication skills and a calm head under pressure

- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
