Wellways Cairns is seeking a compassionate Support Coordinator to join our Aftercare / The Way Back Support Service team in Cairns, QLD. You will walk alongside individuals for up to three months after a suicidal crisis, providing tailored, recovery-focused support to help reconnect with life and community.

Under Team Leader guidance, you will coordinate intake, assessments and referrals, ensuring culturally secure and inclusive practice while liaising with health and community partners to sustain
