Japanese Mountain Retreat is seeking experienced and passionate waitstaff who take pride in delivering exceptional, personalised service and creating memorable guest experiences at a luxury Japanese-inspired retreat offering boutique accommodation, private bathing, fine dining and indulgent spa experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to guests
- Prepare barista-quality coffee and serve alcoholic beverages
- Mix cocktails
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and professional table service
- Anticipate guests' needs and deliver thoughtful, personalised service
- Maintain attention to detail in all service interactions
About you
- Minimum 3 years' food and beverage service experience in a five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Valid Victorian RSA certificate is essential
- Excellent spoken English and confident guest communication skills
- Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette, skilled table service and attention to detail
- Warm, polished and professional manner
- Reliability, initiative and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Availability to work weekends
