About the role

As an Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in establishing and supporting the day to day running of warehouse, inventory and client support operations.

This is a hands on role working closely with the Site Manager. You'll bring structure to processes, improve how work flows across teams, and ensure the business delivers reliably for our clients. This role requires ownership, problem solving and a strong operational mindset.

What you'll be doing

- Support the day to day running of fulfilment operations
- Manage team coordination and rostering to ensure adequate coverage across warehouse, dispatch and client support functions
- Support day to day supervision of the team, ensuring expectations are clear, work is progressing and issues are addressed early
- Oversee inventory coordination, stock accuracy and stock movement
- Work closely with purchasing,



warehouse and client support to ensure alignment
- Identify and resolve operational issues impacting delivery or service
- Improve processes in stock handling and workflow
- Ensure accurate and consistent documentation across systems
- Assist in managing workload, priorities and task allocation within the team
- Reporting on operational performance and highlight areas for improvement
- Act as a key support point between operations, sales and client teams

What you'll need

- Experience in operations, logistics supply chain or warehouse coordination
- Warehouse or fulfilment experience with supervisory responsibility
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a busy environment
- Confidence working across teams and resolving issues quickly
- A solutions focused mindset
- Strong communication and reporting capability, with the ability to interpret data, share insights clearly
