Edge Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator to mentor educators, deliver EYLF-aligned programs, and partner with a Centre Director to shape a positive learning culture.

You will lead a room across Nursery to Kindergarten, build robust relationships with children and families, and drive continuous improvement in a supportive, collaborative team environment. Availability to work opening/closing shifts is required.
