About the Company

Axiom is seeking an experienced and motivated ICT Project Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee information and communication technology projects. The position involves managing project timelines, budgets, resources and technical implementation to ensure projects meet business objectives, quality standards and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and oversee ICT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring agreed objectives and deliverables are achieved.
- Develop project plans, budgets, schedules and resource allocation strategies in accordance with business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate ICT teams, technical specialists, contractors and external service providers to ensure effective project execution.
- Analyse business requirements and recommend appropriate ICT solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, expenditure and resource utilisation to ensure timely delivery within approved budgets.
- Identify project risks, technical issues and dependencies,



and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the implementation, integration, testing and deployment of ICT systems, software and infrastructure.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, budgets and performance updates for management and stakeholders.
- Establish quality assurance procedures and ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications and business requirements.
- Ensure ICT projects comply with relevant information security policies, data protection requirements and organisational standards.
- Liaise with clients, senior management, technical teams and vendors to communicate project requirements and resolve implementation issues.
- Coordinate system deployment, user training, operational handover and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful project outcomes.
