Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee a team of chefs and cafe attendants, coordinating front and back-of-house operations to deliver a standout Member Experience.

You will drive cost control, rostering, safety and hygiene standards, and up-sell opportunities while maintaining knowledge of menus and wine lists.
