BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator for Gracewood Retirement Village in Kellyville, NSW. This full time role (Mon-Fri) focuses on developing engaging wellbeing programs and fostering an inclusive, connected village community for residents.

You will design activities, build relationships with residents and families, and collaborate with village and care teams to support independence and meaningful everyday life.
